Return Policy

We want you to love every piece from Mad-Ly! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to make returns easy with our self-service returns portal powered by Redo.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to start your return. The item must be postmarked within those 7 days.

What Qualifies for Return

  • The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • Worn, washed, altered, or tag-removed items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Easy Return Process

  1. Go to our Returns Portal (the direct link is in your order confirmation email, in your account, or on our website footer — just click “Returns”).
  2. Sign in with the email you used to place the order and select the item(s) you’d like to return.
  3. Choose your reason and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  4. At checkout for your return, you will have the option to opt in for free returns for a small fee.
    • If you opt in, Mad-Ly will cover the return shipping cost.
    • If you do not opt in, you will be charged for the return shipping label.
  5. We include a return shipping bag with every order to make the process that much easier. Please use the pink poly mailer bag that was included with your original shipment. Place the unworn item (with all tags still attached) back into the pink bag, seal it securely, and attach the return shipping label.
  6. Drop it off with the carrier and track your return right in the same portal.

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund for the full product total (no restocking fee). The refund will be issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We strongly encourage exchanges for a different size or color when available — this is often the quickest and easiest option!

A Few Important Notes

  • All returns are reviewed to ensure they meet our conditions (unworn with tags intact). If an item doesn’t qualify, we’ll notify you and may return it to you at your expense.
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked on the product page) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • This policy is automatically enforced through our Redo Returns Portal for a smooth experience.
