At Mad-Ly, we keep shipping simple and affordable.

Domestic Shipping (Continental United States) We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping on every order. This rate applies regardless of order size, weight, or destination within the continental U.S.

How Shipping Works

• At checkout, you will see the $5 flat shipping fee.
• Once your order ships, we create your shipping label through Shopify Shipping (using reliable carriers such as USPS or UPS).
• We cover any difference if the actual shipping cost exceeds $5 — so you always pay just $5.
• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.  If you are purchasing a Designer Series Board please allow an additional 3 business days.

Shipping Times

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after your order ships (varies by location and carrier).
• Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping We currently ship only within the continental United States. If you are outside the U.S., please contact us at service@mad-ly.com for possible international options.

Backorders & Pre-Orders If any item in your order is on backorder, we will notify you and ship the full order together when everything is ready (unless you request a partial shipment).
